Security Precaution: Never Disclose Sensitive Credentials
When contacting us for account deletion, you should include only enough information to identify your account (e.g. your registered email or phone number). KrishiX support representatives will NEVER ask for your password, OTPs, debit/credit card numbers, or UPI PINs.
How the Deletion Process Works
Submit Your Request
Send an email to support@krishix.co.in with the subject line “KrishiX Account Deletion Request” from your registered email address.
Identity Verification
Our compliance team will verify that the request originates from the legitimate account owner to protect against unauthorized deletions.
Permanent Purge & Data Retention
Upon verification, your profile, authentication records, and user content will be deleted from active databases. Certain limited transaction records may be retained strictly as required by law, taxation, fraud prevention, and security auditing standards.
