Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the KrishiX application and website. By creating an account, browsing the service, or utilizing AI diagnostic features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access features of KrishiX, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding.
- You maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- You will not impersonate any individual or entity, nor create accounts through automated or fraudulent scripts.
- You will immediately notify KrishiX at support@krishix.co.in upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
2. KrishiX Premium Subscriptions and Payments
Current Pricing Structure:
- Monthly Subscription: ₹49 per month, billed in advance.
- Annual Subscription: ₹499 per year, billed in advance (representing a saving of ₹89 per year compared to 12 monthly payments).
Billing & Renewals: Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle through your app store or payment account settings.
Refund Policy: All subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations require otherwise. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
3. AI Plant Disease Diagnostic Disclaimer
This section contains critical disclosures regarding KrishiX computational models:
Plant disease identification, foliar symptom analysis, pest pattern recognition, weather observations, and agricultural advisories are generated utilizing computational machine learning models and algorithm heuristics. All outputs are intended strictly for educational and informational assistance.
Diagnostic outcomes are influenced by multiple environmental and biological variables, including but not limited to: camera focus, lighting and angle of capture, leaf dust, stage of crop growth, soil chemistry, microclimatic variations, and pesticide residue interactions.
Users must exercise independent agricultural judgment and verify all chemical treatments, pesticide dosages, timing intervals, and application rates using official product container labels and consultations with qualified, certified agronomists or local agricultural extension officers.
4. Community Standards and User Conduct
KrishiX fosters a respectful, collaborative environment for growers and agronomists. When posting in community threads, you agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or promotes hatred.
- Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
- Contains unverified commercial solicitations, spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertising.
- Contains software viruses, malware, or destructive code.
- Compromises the technical integrity or security of KrishiX servers and networks.
KrishiX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove violating posts and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
KrishiX IP: All platform designs, brand trademarks, logos, typography, visual mockups, software algorithms, computer vision pipelines, and interface architectures remain the exclusive property of KrishiX.
User Content: Users retain ownership of photos, observations, and text they upload to the service. By submitting content, you grant KrishiX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and process such images solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and delivering the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KrishiX and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of crop yield, profits, data, or agricultural investments arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service or any reliance placed on computational diagnostics.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
